Our Factory
Boon Foods Factory began its operation on January, 25th 2011. Covering the area of 134,400 square meters (equivalent to approx. 33 acres), it is located on Rama II Road, one of the main transportation routes in Thailand. The production line area is 3,888 square meters (approx. 1 acre), of which walls and ceilings are food-grade sandwich panels specifically designed for the safety of food production plants, granted with GMP and HACCP certificate.
Our candy production line is equipped with imported automatic machines not only in the candy-producing process but also in the packaging step. The production support facilities including hot steam system, cooling unit, air compressor and waste water treatment unit have designed to met the legal requirement implemented by the Ministry of Industry.
In 2017 the stock warehouse has been expanded to accommodate the storage of our raw materials and inventory for both candy and snack products. The surrounding area was also developed and now serves as a recreational area for our employees. To make optimum use of the land, some areas are used for growing vegetables and fruits. This benefits not only our workers but also the environment in the vicinity.
